This item was advertised as hardcover in very good condition. I received a binder with a photocopy of the book. It was a used binder falling apart and the pages were falling out of the binder. There was shoe print in the back cover of the binder. It was a horible experience. I took pictures, it was so badly damaged.

I never recieved my order from this seller. I am very upset because I tried contacting her several times through email and never once recieved an email back. I needed this book for school that started 4 weeks ago. I waitef till the final day she had to send my order, and then filed a claim with Amazon to get my money back. This was a horrible experience for me.
